ElectroCell Technologies has completed the development of our next generation (Gen II) mobile waste treatment platform. Gen II incorporates a wide range of design refinements based on several years of on-site waste treatment experience. It is larger, more efficient to operate, quieter and easier to maneuver and tow over the road. The updated platform includes greater fuel storage for up to seven days of continuous, unattended operation. The Bio-Electric treatment tubes have been re-positioned for easier set-up, cleaning, and take-down. Dedicated storage units for hoses, sampling instruments, and tools have been incorporated into the design. The 25-foot gooseneck trailer provides more equipment storage and easier access to all equipment. The Bio-Electric treatment control logic software has been upgraded for safer, more reliable operations Even flow metering has been improved on this model.
According to ElectroCell CEO Buzz Hoerr; “Treating liquid waste for several years for our livestock farm customers, and seeing exciting trial results at wastewater treatment and food processing plants, has given us valuable working experience.” We’ve translated that into a safer and much more functional working platform that cuts down set-up and tear-down times, as well as providing nearly twice the operating time between refueling. This will keep costs down for livestock customers and also make it easier for new trials at municipal and industrial sites.”
ElectroCell will produce all future mobile treatment machines on this Gen II platform, and make continuous upgrades to components as they become available. Our goal is to be the best new method available to reduce pathogens, odor and excess nutrients for the wide variety of corporations and organizations that are responsible for the management of liquid waste streams, all of whom are looking for an inexpensive and simpler solution today.
