The Treatment Program
We’ll come out to your farm at no charge to assess your specific situation, and provide you with a treatment plan that fits with your spreading schedule. The plan will tell you what will be required to resolve odor problems and reduce nutrient and bacteria counts. If you have a flush barn, we’ll show you how we can make it a healthier place for livestock.
The treatment plan includes the following:
1.Volumes of liquid manure to be treated
2.Nutrient content of that manure
3.Review of nutrient and odor management plan issues
Transforming Manure
Manure is pumped out of the pit, treated in our patented machine, and returned to the pit. The process kills the vast majority of anaerobic pathogens that are responsible for nuisance odors, improves nutrient concentration and enhances deposition to the bottom.
Safe, Automated Operation
Each mobile ElectroCell machine is totally self-contained with a generator, fuel storage, pump, hoses and wash tank. Dedicated, stationary machines are also available for very large farms or farms with flush barns where continuous treatment is beneficial.
